Since inception, ECL has forged strong relationships with major consulting organisations from abroad to cater for projects where specialist services are required and additional professional resources needed.

In October 1998, ECL and Beca International Consultants Limited (BICL) of New Zealand signed a Support Services Agreement. In April 2004, after many successful collaborations in Fiji and the Pacific, the two parties formed a new partnership, Erasito Beca Consultants Limited.

ECL can now customise its resources on a project by project basis.

Successful Partnering

In early 2004, Erasito Beca won contracts 4 & 5 for the Suva-Nausori Wastewater Project, which is to be funded by the Asian Development Bank.

Work has also been won for the Nadi International Airport Pavement Upgrade, as well as the Asian Development Bank funded $29M King's Wharf Rehabilitation & Upgrade Project in Suva, which started construction work in January 2004.
